Congratulation on the achievement of safety performance work without LTI. Also, total recordable case frequency (TRCF) is now 0.08 against the KPI set of less than 0.60 that UJV and subcontractors have achieved throughout, especially when compared to the significant 12 million man-hours of work.

Just a note of thanks to your team and Firefly crew: the loading of heavy mining equipment at Henderson for Koolan was challenging and required a real team effort to be effective.

The Master and I had numerous discussions as to how to load in a narrow berth with significant windage. A workable solution was found between ballast and ramp angles; without a tug, it was not easy.
